Products may be returned within 30 days of acceptance as verified by UPS, USPS or Fedex tracking. Items must be returned in the original condition they were sent. Products that have been damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted. We do not have a restocking fee, but the customer must pay for both the original shipping amount, return shipping cost and any applicable transaction fees from Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Non Returnable Products
- Extension springs with weight ratings 200 LBs and over are non-returnable.
- Custom cable assemblies using 3/16″ or 1/4″ diameter cable are non-returnable.
Undelivereable Address & Refused Shipments
We are not responsible for improperly entered or undeliverable addresses. Buyer will be responsible for refused and undeliverable address situations. Charges will be deducted from the purchase price.
Customer will receive a refund in same method of original payment. Refund will be issued within 30 days of return being accepted as validated by tracking.
Product Defects & Shipment Error
Defective products and shipment errors are rare occurrences. If you feel you have received the wrong item or have a damaged product please contact us immediately. Please email, call or text us in the event of a bad transaction. Please include pictures and a short description of the product in question. We reserve the right to refund or replace the item at our discretion.
